Earthquake and tsunami 地震と津波

(1) 地震による揺れが発生している時

1）身の安全の確保を呼びかける

• まわりの人に声をかけながら、あわてず、まず身の安全を！！
  Call the attention of those around you, Remain calm, and secure your personal safety!
• 家具の転倒、落下物に注意し、頭を保護して避難してください。
  Protect your head and escape, paying attention to tumbling furniture or falling objects.
• 頭を保護し、丈夫な机の下など安全な場所に避難してください。

   Protect your head and shelter under a table.

2)落ち着いた行動を呼びかける

• あわてて外に飛び出さないでください。
  Don’t rush outside.
• 避難の際には、エレベーターは、絶対に使用しないでください。
  Do not use the elevator to evacuate.

(2) 最初の揺れが収まった時

1）状況を説明する

• 大きな地震が発生しました。
  A major earthquake has just occurred.

2)避難誘導する

• ここは安全なので、ここにいてください。
  This is a safe area. Please stay here.
• 非常放送、あるいは係員の指示に従い冷静に行動してください。
  Behave calmly and follow the instructions of the emergency broadcast or staff members.
• ドアや窓を開けて避難路を確保してください。
  Open the door or window to ensure an escape route.
• 津波がくるので逃げてください。
  A tsunami is coming, so please escape to a safe area.
• 海岸でぐらっときたら高台へ避難してください。
  Leave immediately to highland when a strong shake has been felt on the seashore.

(3) ひと段落した時

1）安否確認を行う

• ケガはありませんか？
  Are you injured?

2）訪日外国人旅行者からの問い合わせ対応・情報提供を行う

• Please give me a phone number location of a place where I can get information in (English/Chinese/Korean).
  （英語・中国語・韓国語）の相談窓口の電話番号か場所を教えてください。
• Are there any (English/Chinese/Korean) television or radio broadcasts?
  （英語・中国語・韓国語）のテレビかラジオは放送していますか？
• Is there anyone who can speak (English/Chinese/Korean)?
  （英語・中国語・韓国語）を話せる人はいませんか？
• Please tell me the way to ＿＿＿.
  ＿＿＿への行き方を教えてください。
• How can I get to ＿＿＿ Airport?
  どうしたら＿＿＿空港に行けますか。
• When will the (train/bus/airport) be back in service?
  （電車・バス・空港）はいつ復旧しますか。
